Natures Aid PremEeze is made with Agnus Castus, a tradition herbal medicinal product used to relieve premenstrual symptoms. Ideal for use for irritability, mood swings, breast tenderness, bloating and menstrual cramps. Agnus Castus is also known as Vitex, Chaste Tree, Chasteberry and Monk’s Pepper and is native to the Mediterranean region and central Asia.

Warnings / Side effects

Usage / Instructions

Women experiencing premenstrual symptoms: Take one capsule twice a day, morning and night. Swallow whole with a glass of water.
